I welcome a free initial phone consultation to see if we are a good fit for one another.  If for some reason we are not, I will do my best to connect you with someone who is better able to help you. 

Fees and Insurance

I am an out of network provider. Sessions run roughly 50 minutes to one hour.  My fee is $225 per session.   If you have health insurance and do not know your out-of-network benefits, I can assist by calling your insurance company to see what your out of network mental health benefits are.   If we begin working together, I will send you monthly superbills with all necessary coding through my secure telehealth platform (Simple Practice), so that you can submit and get reimbursed.
